WAGASHI SANSHODO
WAGASHI SANSHODO
Traditional Japanese Sweets
ANKO IS THE SOUL OF WAGASHI
Using the best ingredients with techniques passed down through the generations, we pour our hearts into making our sweet red bean ANKO by hand each day.
We strive to perfect the balance of being “just sweet enough” while maintaining a subtle and refreshing aftertaste.
It is our hope that our customers can experience a bit of happiness in their lives as they enjoy our Wagashi.
An-Donuts

Dango
Our Dango are kneaded by hand in a stone bowl each morning until they reach perfect elasticity while staying soft enough to be bitten through easily. Mitarashi flavor: Each Dango is roasted by hand and coated with a thick caramelized shoyu sauce.
Yomogi flavor: The Japanese Yomogi herb is kneaded into the Dango and then topped with our homemade textured Tsubuan sweet red bean paste.
[To fully enjoy the texture it must be eaten on the day of purchase]
A Taste Of the Past…
100 years of Sanshodo Senbei
We still painstakingly make each Senbei by hand with the finest ingredients.
We never use any preservatives or additives and utilize the same methods and techniques as when we introduced our Senbei 100 years ago.
Step back into the Taisho Era as you crunch into each Senbei and experience a taste of history.
